It’s our 5th annual Firecracker Boogie, benefiting Woods Humane Society.
This is always a fun day in the park with great music. You can bring blankets and beach chairs, and there are also picnic tables and bench seating available. We’ll have a hamburger bar and salads going, for a $10 shelter donation, or you can bring your own food and drink. Alcohol is permitted, BYOB. Pets OK!
The county charges $3 per car to get in the park. No charge for event, but we’ll be collecting donations for the animal shelter. Woods volunteers will be on hand to tell you about their program, and you might find one of their dogs irresistible!
If you know how to get to Lopez Lake, pretend you’re going there, and look for the Biddle Park sign and turn-off on the right. See you there!
